Athina hotel is a family run business open its doors for the first time in 2003.
The hotel is ideally situated between the village center and the sandy beach of Aghios Stefanos NW, also known as San Stefanos overlooking the Ionian Sea, with spectacular views of the sunset in the evenings over the distant islands, making this hotel a must for the beach lovers!
It is a short walk to the resort center where you will find shops, bars, mini-markets and tavernas. The ‘’Athina’’ offers the most unique pool in San Stefanos and one of the biggest in Corfu with its crossing bridge and abstract shape. It’s also ideal for children as it slopes gently and has a separate section for infants.
Reception and lounge area has been recently renovated (2023) along with the addition of our brand new Junior suites & Swim up suites.

Aghios Stefanos is located on the North West Coast of Corfu Island. This is where the Diapontian islands can be seen and visited from the village’s little harbor. Visitors of San Stefanos will have the chance to explore the island, meet with the locals or admire a unique sunset from the beach or standing anywhere within this panoramic location.
However a few years ago San Stefanos was only a small fishing village with a few houses and a little Greek orthodox church above the old harbor which remains can be seen today from the beach. There is also a stream that still goes through the village and slits up the beach.
Today the tourist infrastructure in ‘’San Stef’’ is under development and over 15.000 people visit the resort every summer. In the village there is a variety of restaurants and bars where you can entertain yourself and have a chance to taste the Greek and international cuisine!
There are also plenty of gift and tourist shops where you can do your shopping.
